Kazyna Capital Management JSC (KCM is a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC) announces investment in the existing Almaty Regional Diagnostic Center Development Project.
The transaction was carried out by Baiterek Venture Fund JSC, the Private Equity Fund, under the Kazyna Capital Management Preferential Financing Program, through Z-Invest LLP equity investment.
The Fund's investment amounted to KZT 1,650,000,000 with 8% per annum.
The Project implementation will improve the quality and quantity of health services related to gynecological surgery, adult and pediatric urology, vascular surgery, trauma surgery, proctology, plastic surgery, adult and pediatric ophthalmology, as well as rehabilitation and physiatrics, through the advanced management and new medical equipment.
Regional Diagnostic Center LLP currently provides 872 types of clinical diagnostic and inpatient medical services. The Project implementation will allow to introduce 50 types of new services and create up to 220 additional jobs.
The actual number of patients received medical services in Regional Diagnostic Center LLP today is 128 thous. people. The number of the served population is expected to increase up to 305 thous. people by 2024.
