“Baiterek Venture Fund” JSC was established by the decision of the Board of Directors of “Kazyna Capital Management” JSC on May 23, 2014.
The Fund searches for and finances projects developing business-plans and feasibility studies. The Fund also aims at participation in projects requiring modifications to BFS (bankable feasibility study) stage, as well as in projects at the stage of completion of the preparatory work before launch. The Fund is also interested in distressed assets and projects in need of capital restructuring for subsequent restoring to health and launch. Target sectors for investment by the Fund are the priority sectors of the State program on industrial-innovative development (SPIID).
Controlling shareholder of the Fund with 100% stocks is “Kazyna Capital Management” JSC
